License CA#83685, Oregon #T2775, and UT#10511721-3902
As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Iām honored to help those in pain, feeling victimized, or needing support to tackle life's challenges. I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and groups, helping them overcome obstacles and enhance their well-being. I have significant experience as an Addiction Counselor, assisting both addicts and their families, as well as addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship struggles, and everyday life challenges.
I hold an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I offer nuanced insights into rehabilitative treatments and maintain a supportive rapport with those facing addiction and sobriety. My somatic training in EMDR and TRM certification allows me to deliver evidenced based, trauma-informed care, promoting emotional balance and empowerment. My thesis, "A Comparative Study of Artists and Creativity Through A Jungian Lens" (ProQuest, 2012), reflects my engagement with the creative community, where I have led various workshops.
